How do I join the Zoom session?
You'll receive a Zoom meeting link via email after scheduling your session. Simply click the link atthe designated time to join. Make sure your Zoom app is up to date and working.
What if I experience technical issues during the session?
If technical issues arise, Nancy will do her best to reschedule or continue the session at a later time. Please ensure your internet connection is stable and text your audio/video set up beforehand.
What if I need to reschedule?
If you need to reschedule, please notify Nancy at least 24 hours in advance. Keep in mind that Nancy's availability is limited, and scheduling a new appointment may time some time. Early communication will help find a suitable alternative date.
