Refunds 

We are confident that you will love your print, they are meticulously prepared and packaged for you within exacting standards.  

 

The  packaging is extremely tough and is capable of surviving shipping journeys, however in the rare event that your print(s) arrive with any kind of damage we will replace it for you. 

To start a return, you can contact us at clientcare@nancyfalconi.com. We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received  in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Art prints are final sale.  Our art prints are custom crafted and prepared for you. No returns or refunds unless the item is damaged, defective or if you received the wrong item.   Products are carefully inspected prior to shipment and packed to exceed shipping requirements.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Damaged shipments must be reported & photographed within 48 hours of delivery no later.  Any damage claims beyond 48 hours are not accepted.

If you notice any serious damage to the outside of your package please immediately take photos of: 

  1. unopened outer packaging damage
  2. inner packing materials
  3. damage to artwork.

Send photos within 8 hours of delivery. Keep the outer packaging, inner packing material and artwork until the claim has been completed.  If the carrier claim is accepted, we offer a no cost replacement or store credit equal to the original purchase amount.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.  The piece must be returned in its complete original packaging and in perfect condition.  Shipping fees are non refundable.

Return shipments must include tracking, insurance and signature. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

Returns are inspected and refunds processed upon safe receipt of the returned item.  Refunds go back to original payment method or store credit.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
