GROUP ONLINE TRAINING SESSIONS
How many participants are in a group session?
Group sessions are capped at 10 participants to ensure personalized attention and ample interaction.
Do I need to prepare anything before the session?
Yes, a list of required materials and preparation steps will be sent to you upon registration.
What if I miss a live group session?
All live sessions are recorded. If you miss a session, you’ll receive a link to watch the recording.

What can we cover in a mentorship session?
Sessions may include topics such as:
- photography based art techniques
- photo transfer
- developing paintings from photograph
- artistic direction and feedback
- creative process and workflow
How do I book a one-on-one mentoring session?
After purchase, you will receive an email with instructions to book your mentorship session through my online calendar. Sessions are scheduled based on availability.
How are mentorship sessions conducted?
sessions are held online via Zoom unless otherwise arranged
Can the session be customized to my specific needs?
Absolutely! One-on-one mentoring is tailored to address your goals and challenges, whether it's mastering a specific technique or developing your creative process.
What happens if I arrive late to a session?
if you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time in order to respect other appointments.
Will the session be recorded?
Do I need Prior painting experience?
No. My photography-based artprocess is designed for both beginners and experienced artists.
How long do I have to use my mentorship session?
Please schedule your mentorship session within 3 months of purchase. This helps ensure availability and continuity. Sessions that are not scheduled within this time frame will expire and are non refundable.
What is the cancellation or rescheduling policy
You can reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance. Contact me directly to arrange a new time. Missed sessions without prior notice are nonrefundable and cannot be rescheduled

I accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and e-transfers (for Canadian residents).

At Nancy Falconi Creative, we are committed to delivering a valuable experience. However, due to the nature of our offerings, please review our refund policy below:
Pre-Recorded Sessions:
Once you have received access to the pre-recorded Zoom sessions or downloadable products, refunds are not available as these are digital products.
1:1 Mentorship Session:
Mentorship sessions are non refundable once purchased. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without prior notice are non-refundable.
Exceptional Circumstances:
If you are unable to participate due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us, and we will review requests on a case-by-case basis.
By registering for the course, you agree to these terms. For downloadable courses, refunds are not available after purchase.
Can I purchase a workshop as a gift?
Yes, gift certificates are available! Contact me to arrange a personalized gift for someone special.

How do I access the downloadable workshops?
Once you register and complete payment, you will receive a link to download the workshop materials and video lessons.
Can I re-watch the video lessons?
Yes, the video lessons are yours to keep and revisit as many times as you like.
What is the difference between a mini workshop and a self-learning course?
Mini workshops are concise and focus on specific techniques, while self-learning courses are more comprehensive and include detailed lessons, guides, and projects.

Do I need any prior experience to join a workshop?
No prior experience is required. My workshops are designed for all skill levels, from beginners to advanced learners.
What materials or tools do I need for the workshops?
Materials vary by workshop, and a detailed list will be provided upon registration. For online sessions, you’ll need a stable internet connection and a device capable of running Zoom.
Is the course suitable for people outside of Canada
Yes, the course is open to participants worldwide. One on One Coaching Sessions can be scheduled in your time zone.
Are the workshops live or pre-recorded?
I offer both options: live Zoom sessions for group and one-on-one coaching and pre-recorded courses for self-paced learning.
