Create From Your Heart – A 5-Day Creative Journey
This immersive experience invites you to reconnect with your story, awaken your inner muse, and begin creating meaningful, personal art—whether you're just starting out or returning to your creative self.
What You’ll Experience:
Day 1 – Your Creative Why
We begin by grounding your creative journey with the LEAN tool—a soulful and clarifying framework to help you reconnect with your personal story and unearth your “why.”
This is where you plant the seed of your creative identity and begin seeing art as a reflection of who you are and what you value.
Day 2 – Finding Inspiration Through Abintra & The Muse Book
I’ll share my Abintra presentation—how my own inner journey opened the door to creative awakening. You’ll be introduced to The Muse Book, a nurturing creative practice designed to help you gather inspiration from within and around you.
Learn how to listen deeply, follow intuitive nudges, and spark a wellspring of original ideas—just as we do inside the membership.
Day 3 – Painterly Photography & Image Prep Magic
We’ll explore Painterly Photography—a powerful visual approach that borrows techniques from master painters to craft meaningful photographs. Learn how to guide the viewer’s eye, work with light, and create emotion through your composition.
Then, I’ll show you how to print your chosen image for transfer—setting you up with the technical and creative tools to bring your photo to life through mixed media.
Day 4 – Photo as Portal
Discover how to paint without needing to draw. You’ll watch as I demonstrate embedding a photograph into a paintable surface and bring it to life through layers of paint.
This is about letting go of perfection and allowing your story and subject to emerge through intuitive, painterly expression—a key approach inside the membership.
Day 5 – Tools of Transformation + Membership Invitation
Take a peek into the vibrant world of the Authentic Muse Membership. I’ll showcase some of our previous projects and how we experiment with a variety of fine art materials—pencil crayon, acrylics, image transfers, and more.
You’ll see how our members explore and refine their artistic voice through trial, play, and reflection—no prior experience required.
This final day is an invitation to keep going—to continue nurturing your creativity, building confidence, and developing your unique style with support and guidance.
